Job Summary
Service Manager for Cinépolis USA leading front-of-house operations, guest services, and concessions across luxury cinema venues. Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing and hiring hourly staff, scheduling via HotSchedules, providing training and onboarding, directing work tasks, achieving sales goals through KPI monitoring, managing in-seat dining and auditorium sales, ensuring facility safety and cleanliness, daily opening/closing duties, supporting General Manager with reports and events, and maintaining a high guest experience while upholding brand standards. Requires leadership, strong communication, organization, and a hospitality-focused mindset with accountability for maintaining high performance and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality or related field preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of bar and restaurant management required
- 2+ years of supervisory experience required
- ServSafe certification preferred
