Job Summary
Lead and support a team of field service technicians to deliver high-quality service. Oversee scheduling and prioritization of service calls, mentor technicians, and ensure KPIs and budget adherence. Maintain working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems including motion controls and relay logic; act as liaison between customers and technicians to ensure service excellence. Travel up to 20% with some international trips; duties include field service support and customer visits, with a focus on operational improvements and continuous development of the team. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and to foster a positive team culture while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Prior experience managing or supervising technical teams
- Experience supervising field service technicians/engineers
- Strong technical background in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, or electronic systems
- Experience with motion controls, relay logic, and Windows PCs
- Up to 20% travel with some international travel
