Job Summary
Service Manager responsible for leadership of Castongia Tractor's Service Department, overseeing safe, efficient, and profitable operations; advises on department interests to upper management; ensures customer satisfaction and timely warranty/product-improvement program completion; leads recruitment and training, maintains performance reports and budgeting, coordinates scheduling and clinics, supports marketing/promotions, maintains professional standards, quotes and pricing guides, and ensures safe, organized work areas to deliver a positive customer experience in agriculture, landscaping, and residential equipment sectors. Requires 5+ years experience with supervisory exposure and strong communication, financial interpretation, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years work related experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred but not required
- Ability to write and work on routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively one on one or before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Ability to interpret department financial statements
- Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
- Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
