Job Summary
Lead HVAC service operations at Eight Mile Plains site, overseeing technicians, apprentices and subcontractors; provide hands-on diagnostics and job scoping; manage planned maintenance, reactive service and breakdowns; drive safety, quality, and EH&S; manage contracts, WIP, backlog, and financial performance; build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities within existing service accounts; mentor and lead a technical team to deliver profitable, high-quality service delivery.
