Job Summary
Service Manager in Calais, ME leading a team to deliver exceptional automotive service experiences. Responsibilities include building and developing a high-performing team, ensuring safety and compliance with policies and regulations, coordinating scheduling and training (including LMS and ASE certifications), managing service operations and communication, and serving as policy administrator to uphold service standards. Requires automotive service knowledge, strong leadership, safety focus, and relevant ASE certifications; 2 years related experience preferred and a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes safety, team development, and delivering customers an outstanding experience across the service department.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
