Job Summary
Manage auto service staff and schedule work duties, overseeing the hiring and training of an effective auto service team. Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers to maintain exceptional satisfaction and retention. Drive proactive service, oversee quality standards, and coordinate between front and back-of-shop activities. Develop understanding of store operations, financial transactions, and adherence to company policies to optimize efficiency and revenue. Provide leadership to recruit and select technicians, mentor teammates, and support ongoing education and ASE certifications. Maintain compliance, manage inventory and equipment, and foster long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of auto service technical experience
- 1 year of service manager or service writer experience
