Job Summary
Lead the performance of the Butte service department while operating hands-on during our transition to a new facility scheduled for July 2027. Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-output team of technicians, service advisors, dispatchers, and support staff to support our rapid expansion. Model core values of integrity and decisiveness, stepping directly into tough customer situations to drive solutions and ensure clear, honest communication. Manage the business in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while planning the operational shift to our state-of-the-art location.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing, recruiting, and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- A relentless drive to improve yourself, your team, and the business's bottom line
- The stamina and enthusiasm to lead a growing department through a major facility transition
- Ability to deliver clear expectations to your team and transparent solutions to customers
- Strong computer skills
- A passion for the outdoors

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
