Job Summary
Service Manager to oversee and coordinate the Service Department, leading Service Technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, scheduling, inventory management, quality inspections, and employee development. Must excel in coaching, communications, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and department productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of automotive service experience within a dealership or service department
- 2+ years of experience managing and directing a team of 2+ people
- Demonstrated customer service skills with ability to communicate respectfully with a wide range of people
- Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with CRM and DMS systems preferred
- Proven ability to manage and reprioritize a constantly changing schedule
- Experience within the mobility industry and knowledge of needs of the physically disabled community is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or a related field is a plus
