Job Summary
Lead and develop the boiler service department for commercial and industrial settings, in the field alongside your team; own scheduling, dispatch, customer issue resolution, and a growth program to scale revenue and service capacity; mentor and conduct quarterly conversations, coach personnel, ensure safety, code compliance, and company standards; oversee staff performance for profitability and efficiency, coordinate with HR on hiring and onboarding, communicate service recommendations to customers, perform field inspections and ride-alongs, and drive ongoing technical and leadership development through Thermal Tech's Growth Program.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of boiler experience
- 5+ years of management/supervisory experience
- insurable driving record
- ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends
