Job Summary
Direct and supervise all daily operations of the service department to maximize productivity and profitability while elevating the customer experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and supervising Service Advisors and Technicians; conducting weekly reviews of technician efficiencies and performance evaluations; enforcing appropriate actions and discipline; managing service actions, safety records, and departmental expenses; leading meetings and coordinating with management on growth strategies; and ensuring excellent internal and external customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of management experience, preferably in construction industry
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service to customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit for long periods and perform computer-based work; occasional physical activity in a shop environment
