Job Summary
The Service Manager oversees maintenance operations in a Birchstone community, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effective service management.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years work experience in maintenance
- At least three (3) years of experience supervising maintenance teams
- In-depth knowledge of and experience in drywall, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc.
- HVAC type 1 and type 2 certifications
- Certified Pool Operator certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish
- Experience in capital improvement projects and remodeling
