Job Summary
Service Manager in Billerica, MA leading the automotive service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, ensuring LMS and vendor trainings, achieving ASE certifications (C1, P2, G1 as indicated), coordinating scheduling to meet customer needs, maintaining safety and facility standards, enforcing the Service Code of Ethics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as policy administrator at the location. Requires strong leadership, excellent communication, automotive service knowledge, and driving license; two-year college/technical program recommended. Standard work week is five days with minimum 50 hours. Exempt role with in-person operations.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
