Oversee day-to-day service operations including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation; mentor technicians to ensure quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction; collaborate with other departments to optimize processes; develop strategies to boost productivity and profitability; monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in service operations or related role within the mechanical contracting industry
- strong attention to detail and accountability for job processes
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to lead and motivate a team towards operational excellence
