Job Summary
Service Manager leading automotive service operations in Biddeford, ME. responsible for building and coaching a high-performing team, maintaining safety standards, ensuring superior customer experience, coordinating training (LMS and vendor), managing work orders and service scheduling, enforcing the service Code of Ethics, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Focus on hiring and developing qualified associates, ensuring ASE certifications, coordinating daily prep and close-out activities, maintaining facility and equipment, and communicating with management to uphold service standards and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
