Job Summary
Service Manager role in Bedford, NH leading VIP’s automotive service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include building and developing a high-performing team, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, overseeing scheduling and workflow of service orders, training associates (LMS and vendor training), advancing ASE certifications (C1, P2, G1), coordinating with management, enforcing ethics and service standards, and maintaining a clean, compliant service facility. Requires strong leadership, communication, and automotive servicing knowledge; prior automotive service management experience and two years of college/technical program recommended; valid driver’s license and relevant ASE certifications/license required.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
