Job Summary
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring services are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Monitor service schedules, route efficiency, and technician productivity while maintaining compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations. Recruit, train, coach, and manage service technicians and support staff, conducting performance evaluations and implementing corrective action plans as needed. Build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers to resolve concerns and drive retention, while managing branch budgets to achieve profitability goals. Reports directly to the Branch Manager with full authority to lead by example and foster a positive, accountable culture. Valid driver's license required; 401(k) matching and comprehensive health benefits provided.
