Job Summary
Manage branch operations and service technicians daily by collaborating with Dispatch, Parts, and administrative teams to optimize scheduling, utilization, and profitability. Oversee technician conduct, safety, and customer etiquette while conducting performance reviews, approving emergency purchases, and reviewing job wrap-ups. Direct customer interactions through site visits, quote reviews, and billing coordination to maintain account health and attachment rates. Participate in the manager on-call rotation for after-hours emergency calls and uphold branch organization and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in the air compressor industry

- Knowledge and experience with industrial air compressor systems
- Previous management experience
- Strong ability to manage timelines, prioritize responsibilities, and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

- Strong critical-thinking skills with an emphasis on logical reasoning and sound decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
- Ability to understand, prepare, and present reports as needed
