Job Summary
Lead and develop the automotive service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to policy. Responsibilities include hiring and coaching associates, ensuring LMS and vendor training, achieving ASE certifications, scheduling to meet customer needs, guiding dispatch of work orders, maintaining a clean and compliant service environment, and enforcing the service Code of Ethics across the location. The role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of automotive servicing.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
