Job Summary
Lead and mentor a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service while managing daily operations, work orders, and preventive care. Perform routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, ensuring the community remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed, complete work orders with efficiency, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Assist with unit turns and maintain a friendly, can-do attitude throughout all interactions. EPA or HVAC certification required, plus a valid driver's license and operable vehicle.
