Job Summary
Hands-on Service Manager leading ASP Tucson Northeast's Service and Repair Department. Responsible for coordinating field operations, supporting a team of Pool Service & Repair Technicians, scheduling and prioritizing service work, responding to leads and technician alerts, meeting revenue and gross-margin goals through accurate quoting and strong service execution, building and maintaining customer relationships, training technicians on equipment diagnostics, water chemistry, and company processes, and providing hands-on field support as needed. Requires 3+ years of pool-equipment repair/installation experience (automation, pumps, filters, heaters, cleaners, salt systems), knowledge of water chemistry, ability to manage a busy schedule, strong written/verbal communication, comfort working both in the field and an office, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred: 2+ years of management and 2+ years of sales experience. Compensation $55,000-$65,000 annually, with bonus potential, plus benefits and a company vehicle/tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience repairing and installing pool equipment, including automation, pumps, filters, heaters, cleaners, and salt systems
- familiar with water chemistry practices and principles
- ability to manage and prioritize a busy, complex schedule
- strong verbal and written communication
- comfortable working in both field and office environments
- smartphone and computer savvy
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- ability to lift and carry 50 lb
