Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years of multi-family experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- EPA Section 608 (HVAC/Freon Recovery certification)
- Certifications/Permits required by City or State
- Training in boiler repair, plumbing and mold detection/resolution
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred
- Experience in compressor diagnosis, fire sprinklers and irrigation systems preferred
