Job Summary
As the Service Manager, you’ll coordinate the work of maintenance staff to repair and maintain buildings/facilities within a 300-500 unit community, including scheduling, assigning tasks, overseeing work quality, and ensuring safety and compliance. You’ll participate in training needs assessment, manage inventory and preventive maintenance programs, monitor the maintenance budget, conduct site inspections for hazards, and ensure resident satisfaction through timely follow-up. You will work onsite in McKinney, TX, with on-call responsibilities and occasional overtime; required certifications include EPA Core, Type I Appliances, Type II HVAC, and Certified Pool Operator. Strong emphasis on OSHA/safety adherence, operating knowledge of building systems, and ability to coordinate a large team.”,
