Job Summary
Service Manager responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair work across a 300-500-unit community, scheduling and assigning tasks to maintenance staff, overseeing safety training and property safety audits, managing inventories and monthly maintenance budgets, and ensuring repairs meet BH standards. Role involves potential involvement in new construction or property modification, performing site inspections, monitoring resident satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with OSHA and applicable codes. Strong emphasis on leadership, communication with the Community Manager, and ensuring timely maintenance, safety, and quality of repairs across interior and exterior rehabilitation projects. Requires multi-year maintenance/safety experience, EPA Core and HVAC certifications, and access to industry tools. On-site role based in McKinney, TX.

- Certified Pool Operator
