Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work for a multifamily property. Develop and manage maintenance staff schedules, assign tasks, monitor safety training, conduct inspections of facilities and grounds, ensure preventive maintenance programs, manage inventory and budget for maintenance, and respond to resident requests. Responsibilities include safety compliance (OSHA and applicable codes), evaluating training needs, coordinating and documenting repairs, and providing professional representation of the company in interactions with staff and residents. May assist with new construction or modifications to properties and participate in on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience
- EPA Core, Type I-A Appliances, Type II-HAVC certifications
- Certified Pool Operator
- High School diploma is a plus
