Job Summary
Service Manager sought to lead a team of service technicians and service call center staff in a high-volume HVAC service center across the Ottawa region. responsibilities include motivating the team to meet metrics (on-time delivery, revenue), implementing metrics to drive continuous improvement, coordinating with engineering and materials teams for service escalations and replenishment, resolving customer escalations through active problem solving, adjusting technical resources to meet daily throughput, enforcing accountability standards based on KPIs, and facilitating effective communication across associates while championing Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Gas fitter 1 certification
- Experience in the heating, ventilation & air conditioning industry
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (however, direct related experience may be accepted)
- Strong skill set with MS Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience completing documentation that goes to customers
- Result-driven leadership experience in a high paced, customer oriented, data driven company
