Job Summary
Design and develop IT Service Management tools to meet client requirements while applying best practices such as ITIL, ISO20000, Lean, BPMN, and Agile. Conduct audits to assess existing ITSM tools and identify improvement areas. Lead workshops, collaborate with ITSM tool vendors for solution implementation, and support managed services through the FSP Service Management Tool. Engage with clients in both public and private sectors to enhance their digital technology usage and efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Good understanding of ITIL practices
- Knowledge and experience of implementing ITSM tools on-prem and as a SaaS platform
- Excellent understanding of IT Service Management Toolsets, productivity, and automation tooling
- Practical hands-on experience of working in a Service Management team to deliver ITSM toolsets
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Current or previous HMG Security Clearance
