Job Summary
Service Management Sr. Analyst within Biogen Global Business Services (GBS) oversees end-to-end Service Infrastructure governance, incident management, and performance tracking for multiple GBS service lines. You’ll coordinate with Global Process Owners, deliver regular governance reviews, drive standardization of Service Infrastructure components, run stakeholder communications and training, support incident management with data-driven insights, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across international teams in a hybrid Poland-based role.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive Shared Services/Global Business Services experience
- Life sciences/bio pharma work experience strongly preferred
- International experience
- Consultative style
- Shared Services experience with Transition management, operational metrics and scorecards, global shared service operating models
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow preferred
- PowerBI is an asset
- Business Process Improvement experience
- Kaizen facilitation and process mapping
- Green or Black Belt certification is an asset
- Project / Program Management qualifications (PMP, Prince2) an asset
- Fluent in English
- ITIL Foundations Certification will be an asset
- Additional language is an asset
- Work permit & residency in Poland
