Job Summary

Participate in research, assessment, and documentation of regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, or control efforts; identify patterns/trends and opportunities for procedural or control improvements; conduct analyses of business operations, systems of record, technical assignments, or documentation; present concise findings and recommendations to facilitate issue resolution; collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy; engage in cross-organizational initiatives; demonstrate foundational AI literacy and use approved AI tools to support research, drafting, analysis, and decision support; apply data privacy and security standards when using AI tools; report to the office on a 3/2 hybrid schedule and provide weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics as needed; role emphasizes data quality review and trend analysis and requires ability to operate within Wells Fargo policies and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem solver with the ability to anticipate future consequences and trends
  • Data analytics experience
  • Technical experience with Network/Security devices, Service Management experience
  • Certifications like ITIL v4 (bonus)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across organizational levels
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and facilitate meetings or present information to an audience
  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow Change, Problem, Incident and Reporting modules
