Job Summary
Service Management Analyst to oversee service operations, manage client escalations, maintain system/process documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance, delivering high-quality, efficient service and fostering long-term client relationships across brokerage firms, registered investment advisors, and end investors. The role emphasizes establishing and enforcing service standards, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives while providing world-class service via telephone and electronic interactions in a hybrid, office-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in client services, relationship management, or a similar role within the financial services industry
- FINRA Series 7 License required (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
