Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and automated systems; troubleshoot equipment failures using diagnostic tools and root-cause analysis; support installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment and systems; monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements; ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA); support continuous improvement initiatives (SQCDP) to reduce downtime and operating costs; maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for service and repairs; light fabricating and/or machining fixturing; read and interpret technical drawings and manuals; English fluency required; strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in Mechanical or Electrical
- 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or high-tech environments
- Knowledge of mechanical systems: couplings, alignments, vibration, pumps
- Knowledge of electrical systems: VFD troubleshooting, AC motors, sensors, and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Fluency in the English language
- Strong problem solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Valid driver’s license
