Job Summary
Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structures, and appliances. Ensure assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally while inspecting buildings for safety and cleanliness. Alert the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to any items requiring urgent attention. Maintain a collaborative, solutions-focused attitude with strong communication skills and reliable transportation. Valid driver's license required; CPO certification desired. Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 hourly, including variable incentives. Minimum one year of property management or building maintenance experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
