Service Maintenance Technician II

Job Summary
Service Maintenance Technician II responsible for diagnosing and repairing appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, as well as basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC; respond to service requests and on-call emergencies; complete vendor preventive maintenance tasks; prepare vacant apartments for move-ins; maintain grounds and common spaces; assist with REAC/HQS inspections; maintain maintenance shop and inventory; available for weekend work, on-call rotation, and emergency duties; provide technical guidance to Maintenance Tech I; strong customer service orientation and safety mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Trade school or 3 years of progressive responsibility in property management or hospitality (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of advanced hands-on repair experience in two or more building trades (required)
- REAC/HQS experience preferred
- Industry-Trade certifications/Degrees (NAHMS, CAMT, OSHA, HVAC, ETC) preferred
- Valid Driver�s License and reliable transportation
