Job Summary
Service Maintenance Technician II responsible for appliance, carpentry, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs; respond to service requests and on-call emergencies; complete or monitor vendor preventive maintenance; prepare and repair vacant apartments for new residents; maintain grounds and common spaces; assist with REAC/HQS inspections; maintain maintenance shop/inventory with a safety mindset; available for weekend work, on-call rotation, and emergency duties; provide technical guidance to Maintenance Tech I; requires English proficiency, basic computer skills, a valid Driver's License, and 3 years of hands-on repair experience in two or more building trades; education requirement is High School diploma or equivalent; position is in-office five days per week.
