Service (Maintenance) Specialist - Marina Pointe

The Service (Maintenance) Specialist performs technical and mechanical work to ensure building facilities, grounds, and amenities meet standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance. Responsibilities include diagnosing defects from resident work orders and preventative maintenance, making repairs per policies and code requirements, preparing vacant units for leasing, procuring supplies, maintaining grounds and common areas, pressure-washing walkways/pool areas, conducting routine property inspections, and addressing resident questions with courteous, customer-focused service. The role requires organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with on-site work Monday through Friday and rotating weekends, plus on-call hours. On-site at the designated property in Chattanooga, TN.
