Service (Maintenance) Specialist - Lakeside on Riverwatch

The Service (Maintenance) Specialist performs technical and mechanical work to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to CS Living standards. Responsibilities include completing resident work orders and preventive maintenance, diagnosing causes of defects, making repairs per safety and code requirements, preparing vacant units for leasing, supplying and completing maintenance tasks, maintaining grounds and common areas, pressure-washing walkways and pool areas, assisting with property inspections, addressing resident questions calmly, reporting physical needs to management, and contributing to a safe, well-maintained property with a customer-service mindset. Must have a High School Diploma or GED; strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills; and a desire to excel in a competitive environment. Regular Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends; on-call hours; onsite work with potential exposure to outdoor elements.
