Job Summary
Position Summary: Service (Maintenance) Specialist responsible for repairs of mechanical or aesthetic issues; general building preventative maintenance; maintaining environmental conditions; maintaining inventory related to building’s mechanical systems; follow site emergency procedures; participate in after hours on-call programs; collaborate with Community Leaders, vendors, and tenants; 60% property maintenance, 25% community cleaning, 10% customer service, 5% business administration. Essential duties include HVAC maintenance, lighting, electrical, plumbing, safety systems, and coordinating with outside contractors. Qualifications include 2+ years of maintenance experience; preferred trade school education; EPA, CPO, and boiler operator licenses as required. Required Qualifications
