Job Summary
In this on-site Maintenance Specialist role, you will perform general maintenance across building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), carpentry, appliance repairs, painting/drywall, and other upkeep tasks to prepare units for occupancy; respond to resident service requests and track work orders; assist with seasonal groundskeeping and snow removal; maintain clean and safe amenity areas. Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to learn additional trades as needed; expected to participate in an on-call rotation and provide quality customer service to residents.

- Must be available for on-call work (possible evening, weekend, and overnight calls) via a rotating schedule.
