Job Summary
The Service Valet/Porter is the initial contact at the dealership for arriving service customers, greeting them and checking them in for service, and is responsible for moving customers' vehicles from the service drive to the shop. The role includes retaining keys per safeguard procedures, supporting the Service Advisor, promoting CSI, and ensuring efficient operations in the service drive. The position requires the ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods, with preferred experience operating a manual transmission. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening. The role emphasizes customer-focused interaction and teamwork within the dealership.
Required Qualifications
