Job Summary
Arrange and maintain service vehicle inventory, keeping the lot orderly and visually appealing while monitoring cleanliness, litter removal, and proper parking. Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and fuel levels, reporting issues to the Service Manager. Wash vehicles and locate, position, and transport them between locations as required. Greet customers, direct them to appropriate staff, manage vehicle keys with accurate logging, and assist with deliveries and walk-throughs. Coordinate vehicle transfers between dealership locations and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Basic understanding of automotive operations
- Proficiency operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership lot for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
