Job Summary
The Service Valet/Porter acts as the initial contact for arriving service customers, greeting them and capturing vehicle information. Responsibilities include moving customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop, assisting the Service Advisor, maintaining organization in the service drive, safeguarding keys, promoting collaboration with dealership staff, and delivering vehicles per management procedures to enhance customer satisfaction (CSI). Must be comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods; includes requirements for a valid driver's license and the ability to pass pre-employment screening. Demonstrates strong guest-focused service and teamwork in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
- Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred
