Greet arriving service customers, obtain vehicle information, and check them in for appointments. Move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop following management guidelines and safely. Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures and assist the Service Advisor in maintaining organization in the service drive. Actively promote working relationships with associates and departments while following procedures for active vehicle delivery to ensure a positive Customer Satisfaction Index. Work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
