Job Summary
Plan and execute projects to improve the spare parts supply chain processes and systems across the Americas, covering warehousing, transportation, inventory planning, purchasing, and order management. Analyze supply chain data and performance to drive process improvement, implement cost savings, and optimize resource use. Provide hands-on support to spare parts supply teams and participate in the deployment of new tools and technology. Support the lifecycle management team in developing the spare parts catalogue and associated maintenance processes, including master data cleanup in the ERP system. Uphold core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork while reporting quality problems or defects to senior management for corrective action.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 7 years' experience leading supply chain improvement projects
- Strong analyzing, planning and project management skills
- High independence and motivation
- Proficient in Microsoft office software especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal/external resources
- Solid ERP software experience
