Job Summary
Serve as the operational hub connecting customers, technicians, and logistics partners to ensure equipment, parts, and service orders move seamlessly. Handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and walk-ins while creating and processing service work orders in ServiceMax, STEEB, and other business systems. Coordinate technician schedules, service appointments, and customer requests, preparing documentation, sign-offs, and shipment confirmations. Manage inbound and outbound shipments of electric submersible pumps, scheduling deliveries, pickups, and freight while assisting with loading, unloading, pressure washing, inspecting, and palletizing equipment. Support shop technicians by creating work orders, pulling parts, and organizing inventory to ensure service commitments and deadlines are met. Maintain accurate billing, time entries, and customer payment records while tracking branch metrics. Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM in Mokena, IL, at a competitive rate of $27–$29 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, shop support, service coordination, or administrative roles
- Experience using ERP, service management, or inventory systems
- Ability to work comfortably in both office and warehouse/shop environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to safely assist with material handling and equipment movement
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred
