Service Line Manager Cardiology

Oversee daily Cardiology Service Line operations, managing staffing, productivity, billing, and core functions while monitoring Kronos for overtime approval and clocking in/out all staff. Conduct monthly staff meetings, review financial and collection reports, and present findings to the AVP and Director during operating reviews. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, maintain accurate physician schedules, and manage petty cash and receipt deposits. Collaborate with revenue integrity to address coding, compliance, and denial trends, while developing strategies to enhance physician engagement and improve patient outcomes. Serve as the liaison with all departments and regional leaders to integrate services and drive operational performance.
