Service Leavers Pathway

Service Leavers Pathway Programme at Netcompany, a 12-month (probation 6 months) fully-employment-opportunity aimed at helping armed forces personnel transition into IT roles within Netcompany’s Infrastructure Business Unit. The programme provides tuition, certification activities, mentorship from Netcompany veterans, and exposure to multiple IT disciplines. Based in Leeds or Birmingham, with mandatory on-site attendance 3 days per week during probation. The role emphasizes delivering infrastructure projects, ongoing personal development, and alignment to Netcompany projects/platforms. Benefits include UK-based travel for projects, eligibility for UK security clearance, 25 days holiday, private medical care, pension, life assurance, and access to Netcompany Academy for learning and certifications. The programme is not an internship; successful candidates become full-time employees from day one, with support from the Veteran’s Employee Resource Group and a assigned Netcompany veteran mentor.
