Job Summary

Hands-on Service Lead role in a growing commercial HVAC operation. In the field, you’ll run service calls, diagnose and fix equipment, start up and commission new equipment (chillers, RTUs, AHUs, split systems, VRF), pull line sets, wire thermostats and controls, and work alongside other technicians to set high standards. As the department expands, you’ll help recruit and train technicians, oversee scheduling, dispatch, and day-to-day service operations, and serve as the main point of contact for service customers to build lasting relationships. The role emphasizes technical ability, work ethic, and leadership development, with growth into scheduling, customer relationships, and service-contract opportunities. What you bring includes substantial hands-on HVAC expertise, supervisory experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid Florida license; preferred additions include ServiceTitan/FieldEdge experience and established client relationships in Central Florida.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience
  • Experience as a lead tech, foreman, or in any supervisory capacity
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Solid skills across the full range of commercial HVAC — startup, commissioning, service, and repair
  • Comfortable with thermostats, controls wiring, and low-voltage work
