Job Summary
Service Lead responsible for the full customer lifecycle, including development, profitability, and upselling; ensure customer satisfaction and smooth contractual execution; drive onboarding-to-production handoffs; support developer teams with backlog management and prioritization; ensure timely, transparent communication between customers and teams; maintain up-to-date information on development work and collaboration between customer and developers; requires 1-3 years of IT service management experience, a sales mindset, strong cross-functional communication, comfort with reporting, and knowledge of software development/maintenance; prior consulting or growth-stage experience is a plus; emphasis on curiosity, problem-solving, and learning.
