Job Summary
Analyze and resolve complex technical and functional issues for HR systems, classifying and resolving user inquiries and incidents. Administer HR systems, manage user accounts, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Advise HR departments on system functionalities and process improvements, coordinate trainings, and collaborate with IT teams on system development. Contribute to HR-related IT projects and assist in optimizing HR processes through regular system checks and adherence to compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years HR professional experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable field, combined with relevant professional experience
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in supporting and administering HR systems
- Good understanding of HR processes and IT system architecture
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
