Service Lead (EOC)

Job Summary
Install, service, and troubleshoot CROFT's natural gas processing products at wellhead, midstream, or downstream locations. Visit client sites to inspect equipment for quotes and maintain great rapport with customers while following operation instructions. Perform preventative maintenance, document service actions via forms and logs, and ensure vehicles remain clean and safe with recorded maintenance logs. Utilize internal software and technology, ensure full compliance with company policies and applicable laws, and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety guidelines while working in an outdoor environment with potential chemical exposure.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must complete safety and certification training on an annual basis
- Must complete and successfully pass internal modules within 90 days of the introductory period of employment
- Must have a valid state-issued Driver's License
- Experience in the areas of natural gas dehydration and/or amine plant
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- OSHA and Safety certifications
