Job Summary
Supervise daily operations within the service lane as a Service Lane Manager. Conduct one-on-one meetings with Assistant Service Managers to address service issues, monitor repair and maintenance to avoid delays, and maintain departmental performance records. Collaborate with the service director on departmental objectives and support the recruitment, training, and evaluation of service staff. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and effective time management are essential to meet sales targets. Experience in an auto repair setting and one year of supervisory experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduation or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in an auto repair facility.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver’s license for more than 3 years.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
Desired Qualifications
- Dealership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing and positive attitude.

- Successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and driving records check.
